Jesse Fagerhaugh – Director of Admissions

He has over 7 years of experience in international university admissions, recruitment, lead generation, agent relationship development, sales pipeline management, and email nurturing campaigns. Jesse constantly improved processes that lead to measurable improvements. He has international travel experience to over 80 countries including having personally trained over 300 international education agents from Africa, The Middle East, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

Allison McInnis – Director of Student Success and Distance Education

Allison McInnis has served as the Deputy Director of Student Success and Distance Education since February 2020. She has a BA in Psychology from the University of San Diego and a MS in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California.

Eric Shurter – Director of Operations & Information Technology

Eric Shurter is the Deputy Director of Financial Services here at Virscend University. He has over 3 years of e-commerce experience and over one year working in an Admissions Office. Eric focuses primarily on day-to-day operations and managing the financial transactions of the university.  He has also has experience with budget development and financial planning.  Eric works with staff, faculty, and students to meet their needs on a daily basis.  He strives to continuously improve and implement new procedures to give students the best possible university experience.
